Need help? Email [email protected] and include your device model and iOS version. We usually reply within a few days. Please never send us your keys or the content of your secrets.

How it works

Save a key (or generate a strong one), write a secret and tap Seal.
Send it in iMessage with the iSecure app in the message drawer, or copy and paste it into any chat, email or note.
Your friend opens it in iSecure by choosing the same saved key or typing it. Add a hint so they know which key to use.
Hold to reveal the text; it hides again automatically.

FAQ

I forgot a key. Nobody can recover it — not even us. Secrets sealed with that key can't be opened without it.

Where are my keys from the old version? After updating, open iSecure once: your saved keys move to the secure iOS Keychain and the old PIN is replaced by Face ID or your passcode.

Do old messages still open? Yes. Messages sealed with earlier versions open with a "Legacy" badge.

What is burn after reading? iSecure won't open that secret again after it has been read once. It can't delete the message from the chat itself.

I bought Pro on another device / reinstalled. Settings › Restore purchases.

What does iSecure Pro include? Unlimited saved keys, custom auto-hide times, burn after reading, and no ads.

How do I cancel my subscription? Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › iSecure.
